Example: You would like a Lovey sized blanket, Pattern #5, with worsted yarn in the colors Baby Pink, Baby Rainbow, and Soft Sage.
Blanket size: Select Lovey
Pattern: Select Pattern#5
Yarn: Worsted
Color A: Select Baby Pink
Color A Sections: Select Section #1 and Section #5
Color B: Select Baby Rainbow
Color B Sections: Select Section #2 and Section #4
Color C: Select Soft Sage
Color C Sections: Select Section #3
What is Worsted Yarn?
Worsted Yarn is a medium weight yarn. We like to think of it as a yarn that's pretty versatile and can typically be used year round.
What is Bulky yarn?
Bulky yarn is a thick/thicker weight yarn. It's super soft and it's typically better to be used in the cool/colder time of year.
What's variegated yarn and how will it appear in my project?
A variegated, or mixed color, yarn has more than one color in it and it repeats throughout the ball of yarn. When selecting a variegated (mixed color) yarn, note that it will result in a unique project. Due to the nature of this type of yarn, all the colors in a variegated yarn may not appear evenly or at all in your custom project depending on how much yarn is used for the project.
Will the color of my yarn look exactly like what's on my screen?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee that will be the case. Color appearance may vary based on individual devices. The color swatches that are displayed (in the pictures with yarn colors) are pulled directly from the manufacturers website.
Can you do a freestyle pattern for my blanket?
Absolutely! We love creative control. Under the Pattern selection, select "Designer Choice" and we'll whip you up a blanket according the the rest of your specs.
If I only want one color for the blanket, do I have to select a color for every section?
Not at all! Under the Color A selection, there is an option you can select that states you would like your blanket to be one color. Once you select that and the rest of your blanket options, Add to Cart!
Are the Pattern examples drawn to scale?
Pattern pictures are not drawn to scale. They just give a visual for what the pattern will look like on your project.
There are two colors in the same section on some of the Patterns. Does this mean I will have two color blocks in the same section?
No. The Patterns show an example of color combinations based on the amount of color choices you may make. Each section will only have one color.
How soon will I get my blanket?
All items are handcrafted so they do take time to make. The estimated time under the product is the current processing time. The time frame is for that one item. If you purchase multiple items, please note that all your items may not be finished in the quoted time frame on one of the products. Once we begin on your project, you will receive a notification of an updated project completion date. Once the project is complete, you will receive another notification that it has been shipped. Shipping time will be based on what was selected at checkout and can be tracked via the shipping provider's tracking number.
Is it possible to get an item rush ordered?
We may be able to accommodate a rush order request. If you would like to request a rush order, please send us a note in the Contact Us section. Rush orders are subject to a fee.
